With the recent instalment of a Brand-new fibre laser we can now offer all our customers new and old a simple way to get laser parts cut or profiled
With a bed size of up to 3m x 1.5m and a 3kw power source we now have the capabilities to machine all of your stainless steel or carbon steel needs full capabilities and materials below
Typically, materials we are now laser machining
· Stainless Steel up to 10mm thick (polished – brushed- de scaled)
· Carbon Steel up to 20mm thick
· Aluminium up to 6mm via laser, 30mm via cnc router
· Copper and brass up to 6mm

How do I get my laser cut parts?
Well, that’s pretty simple just email us with your design or parts tell us what material you want plus when you need them for,
We will then reply with costing and lead time once you’re happy and approve the job we then move into production we can source your material or you can free issue the material yourself
We will then set up your job and manufacture the parts once the parts are cut they are sent to QC for cut inspection, then depending on your requirement the parts will either be sent to finishing for powder-coated , painting, coating, etc again depending on your requirements if no other finish work is required they will be sent to packaging for delivery to you
